Great idea for some easy table decoration - and your child can play with it after the party is over! This Fisher Price Singing Birthday Elmo version of Elmo is just 14 inches high and runs on batteries so he can sing along for your child's birthday. (Note that the song isn't Happy Birthday; it's Elmo's own birthday song.) Squeeze his hand to get the music going.They say it's for kids two and up, although there some reviews of people who gave it to a child for a first birthday. Keep in mind he's not really meant for a regular play toy, so he won't be as soft and cuddly as your typical Elmo stuffed plush toy. I'd say get him for the decoration and any play enjoyment your child gets out of him is just bonus.
